There's no setup or annual fee. Flyway takes a 2.5% platform fee on transactions processed through it, with a $250 minimum per festival. You keep your own Stripe account and payouts.
Flyway is an installable web app — attendees can add it to their home screen, but it also works in any browser. They get a personal schedule, a scannable QR pass, group registration, and messaging with organizers.
Payments run through your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect, so payouts come to you directly and you keep your dashboard. Checkout is hosted and secure (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and refunds are handled in the app.
Yes. You can import attendees and leaders by CSV, and clone a festival year over year to stand up the next season in minutes. A built-in assistant helps with setup.
