The only data this marketing site collects is your email address, submitted voluntarily through the form on the homepage. We don't:

• use analytics or tracking cookies
• share or sell your information to anyone
• send marketing email on behalf of other companies
• ask for anything beyond your email

We use your email for one purpose: to reply about a demo or send the occasional product update — at most a few emails a year. That's it. No drip campaigns. No “tips and tricks” newsletters. No partner promotions. And we'll stop whenever you ask.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link via our email provider, Resend. Click it once and you're off the list permanently. If you'd rather not wait for an email, write to hello@flyway.events and we'll remove you manually.

The email addresses you submit are stored in our Resend account. Resend is a U.S.-based email service that complies with GDPR and CAN-SPAM. You can read their privacy practices at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

The Flyway Events platform is live, and running a festival necessarily involves more data — registration information, attendee details, and payments processed via Stripe. That data is governed by the platform's own privacy policy at app.flyway.events/privacy, which is separate from this marketing site.

If we materially change this policy, we will update the “last updated” date at the top and email everyone who's given us their address to let them know.
